It`s always a pleasure to host a visit from the local authorities in our base camp in Dolinsjön (Bjurälven Valley)! Except that it really are the local authorities who host our visit to their nature reserve 🙂

Dan is one of the rangers who makes sure that visitors to the Bjurälven Valley (and many other valleys and landmarks in the county of Jämtland) treat the nature with respect it deserves and do not leave behind any traces when they leave.

We appreciate the job that Dan does for Bjurälven a lot and enjoy his visits to our camp site! From our side, we promise to disturb the natural beauty of the Bjurälven valley as little as possible during our expeditions and to leave behind nothing but bubbles. And to always have a cup of hot coffee to offer to someone patrolling the freezing wilderness on a snowmobile.
